I liked the sketch I did of Fisk on the rough a little better, but the
background guys are superior on this version. I'm also pretty happy
with the colouring job I did and the logo is acceptable, so oaverall
I'm pleased. i may give it a once over in a couple weeks or so, and
of course, I'm open to notes from Dino, so there could still be
changes. But if it went out like this, I wouldn't be too upset (of
course, there is still the remaining trade dress to add - price,
publisher logo, cover blurb, etc.).

It's actually kind of a joke that'll be explained by the end of the series - but since you asked:
Specialist(s) Utilized By Schoolboards To Immediately Terminate Unexplained Tactical Emergencies
It's the name of the organization he works for.
I hope that's not a super-lame explanation!
