Upcoming Show!

I will undoubtedly be talking about this later on as the show nears,, but I thought it would be a good time to discuss my attedance of the Wizard World Dallas Show in a bit more depth. I've posted about it a few times on various websites, but for all of you who don't frequent the same places I do on the internet and who might be in the vicinity of the show, come on by! As I may have mentioned I'll be in Artist's Alley sitting at the Frequency Press table with my good pal and co-creator Nate Southard. Nate is a gentleman of the highest order and a damned fine writer to boot. I previously worked with Nate on our graphic novel DRIVE and I thought that was a great story and this time we'll be promoting A TRIP TO RUNDBERG, which is a gorgeous Action/Zombie book set in redneck country. Actually, Jen Contino over at The PULSE interviewed us recently, so look forward to that closer to the show.

I'll tell you a little about Nate. Nate is a tall, thin, bald Texan with a love of good booze, fast women and great food. A kitchen junkie from a past shaded in misery, Nate now puts those scarred memories and strange impulses to work in crafting some of the oddest, scariest and down right incredible tales south of the mason-dixon. Ever the entertainer, Nate is a great guy to know. Women want to be with him and men want to BE him...
And thus begins a legend....
Nate, that'll be $19.99 plus shipping and handling. I do however accept money order, wire transfer or pay pal...
Ah, anyway. So, I got to thinking about the sort of things I want to promote while in Texas. I'm thinking about a sketchbook and possibly postcards, prints and original art. And of course, commissions and I'll be doing a sketch for every Frequency Press book we sell.
So come on down if you've got nothing to do, come buy a great book, support some starving artists and get some free original art!
Speaking of art, here's something new:
